The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana has ordered the auction of five new construction homes in Lafayette, LA, fifteen lots in Denham Springs, LA, Twenty eight lots in Abita Springs, LA, Two lots and a design center in Covington, LA and the “Blue Horizon” Beach House in Gulf Shores, AL as part of a bankruptcy liquidation for a former New Orleans area homebuilder. Sperry Van Ness/Gilmore Auction & Realty has been appointed by the court to conduct a series of three auctions beginning on July 15, 2014:

August 2-“Blue Horizon” Beach House, Gulf Shores, AL a 4387 sf., six bedroom, 6 bath, three story vacation home on the Gulf of Mexico.
