Jefferson Parish to Auction 65 +/-  Properties March 14th

Jefferson, LA – February 26, 2020:  Jefferson Parish has commissioned SVN Gilmore Auction & Realty to conduct a live auction of 65 +/- properties adjudicated to the Parish on Saturday, March 14th, 10:00 a.m. at the Yenni Building, 1221 Elmwood Parkway, Jefferson, Louisiana.

The properties include land and homes located throughout Jefferson Parish including Metairie, Kenner, Jefferson, River Ridge, Lafitte, Marrero, Harvey, Westwego, Avondale and Bridge City.

Each property will be sold at or above the minimum bid of $5250 which includes all closing costs and title insurance. Good, insured title will be provided at closing within 30 days of the auction.  Interested bidders should be prepared to register with $1,500 in certified funds for each property they plan to bid on.
