In order to qualify to bid, you must bring a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Money order, made payable to Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government, in the amount of $2,500 to the auction. This will go toward the 20% that is due by Tuesday, August 14th at 4:00 p.m. There is no cost to bid. Please click "Terms & Conditions" above for full terms of the auction.
Parking: Enter on the Gabasse Street parking ramp on the left coming from the Government Tower or Highway 24. Park on the second level where ther is a crosswalk. THERE IS NO ACCESS FROM THE FIRST FLOOR DOORS. ALL PARKING AND ENTRY WILL BE FROM THE SECOND LEVEL. If walking, take the stairs to the second level. The stairs are located to the left of the parking lot exit, just past what used to be the bank teller window.
